You’re In? Great! We’re looking forward to seeing you in the green mountains of Vermont. We have no doubt you’ve read all of the following information elsewhere on the site, but just in case, here is the absolute least you should know:

• The current cost is $1500. for Standard Teams & $800. for ultra teams. This is scheduled to increase $100. on February 1st, 2016.
• There are no refunds whatsoever. Green Mountain Relay will do everything in its power to hold the relay as advertised, but due to the nature of the event, extenuating circumstances not under the control of the event organizers may necessitate course changes, or even cancellation, for the safety of the participants.These circumstances include, but are not limited to: weather and other forces of nature, last-minute road closures and construction, or forest fires. As the event has many expenses that cannot be recouped, if any of these events do occur, the event will not be rescheduled, and no refunds, credits, or discounts for future races will be offered.
• You do need to choose whether your team is in the standard or ultra division upon registration. You will not be able change this. You can change your sub division up until 3 weeks before the race.
• You do not have to have your entire team roster figured out at the time of registration; however, you do need to know that you are responsible figuring it out. Congratulations Captain!
• You do not need to choose your volunteer option now, but you should be aware of them.
