***There is some attempt at spamming going on, so please make your user name running related, or just not a bunch on nonsensical letters. Thanks.***

Runners,

If you are a runner looking for a team, click on the "RUNNER(S) LOOKING FOR A TEAM" heading, and then click on the "New Topic" button. For the subject, enter something about you that will attract a team to read your post. This will make it much easier for a team looking for runners to find you. If you go to the different "Teams Looking for a Runner" forums and only answer one of the posts there, it is very unlikely any other Team is going to find your post to know you are interested in running.

If you are a team looking for runners, click on the appropriate forum and click the "New Topic" button. For the subject, briefly mention what kind of team you are and what you are looking for. Then add the details in the message section.

If you are interested in responding to any of the posts, I would suggest that you not only leave a response in that forum, but also click the email button to communicate directly with the person who posted the note - this could be more efficient as your interest will reach the writer of the post without them having to come to the forum to find responses.

I suggest that you list what type of team you are or are looking for (recreational, competitive), 10k paces, relay experience, where you are from, and any other information you think might be relevant.

Good luck!

Thanks,
Paul
Race Director
